The right way is, as haya has suggested, Allen using his compassion to fuel CC. The wrong way, is my suggestion that Allen uses anger and hatred to fuel it instead.
In this fight, Allen decides to tap into his other, evil side, and makes a "powerful" mockery of CC Omega. The design would be like something out from the Joker's nightmares, yet it was powerful enough to destroy the level 4 without effort.
