Hi~! Ok people, so the raw for the new DGM episode is out and although some of us won't usually watch them those who, like me, don't know crap about Japanese , I just had to go and watch this one because... well, Lavi... And I wanted to share with you two cute screencaps I took ^_^ 

Not very high quality but the point is there XD  Anyway, enjoy cute!chibi!Lavi...

And what really killed me was to see him going from a smiling 6-year-old to a cynic 16-year-old who said humanity is stupid and "let's be frivolous and friendly"... ;-; Poor Lavi...

Eh, eh, watch it =D Not as good as the manga but from episode 26 onwards it gets really cool (the Lulubell arc is kinda meh but still) and we also get some episodes with stuff from the novels (namely Kanda's story) so maybe it's worth it?

You get chibi!Allen as well and chibi!Lenalee =D (and now I want chibi!Kanda to complete it XD). Seriously, it's cool and if you have time and the opportunity, check it out ^_^ Aww, to think I couldn't care less about it for the first episodes and then saw about 40 of them in 3 days or something XD

Yes i know!! they make that transition beautifull!! because first was the little 6 years boy smiling, later, almost crying , and later every time more and more indifferent! Poor Lavi!! His fight was very touching!!!

It's licensed only up to episode 51, that's why Shinsen is still doing the subs =D But there are still torrents floating around >_> <_< I was just seeing some the other day to give to a friend. If you want to, I can pm you the link (since I don't know if it's allowed here in the comm and I don't want to get anyone here in trouble). Are torrents ok with you?

Exactly! I really must confess Lavi only became my favourite character after I read these chapters in the manga X3 And that fight, God O_O From his internal battle to his fight with Allen... When Allen hugged him, I was all: "Fasafcks... Poor things ;-;" Really great episode, imo.

Hum, did you read the manga? It is the same as the chapter called "Lavi" and a little bit more, I guess; we see Lavi's past, Road breaks his mind, he snaps to Bookman mode and fights Allen. Really good episode; it totally broke my heart though I couldn't understand all of what they're saying (I could pick up a bit and knowing what was happening from the manga, it was actually pretty easy ^_^) There are subs out now too if you want them. *goes to watch subbed version*

After watching Bookman leading such a cute chibi!Lavi away from home, I've got an urge to shout kidnapper! XD Gosh, what kind of parents or siblings does Lavi have, I mean, who on earth would give up such an adorable child like him!!

But what's worse about all this is the way he was all happy thinking "I'll get to know things no one else does :D" and then... well, we saw what it ended up in ;-;

No one in their sane mind would actually. But yeah, perhaps, he's an orphan? but if that's the case... poor Lavi. One way or another, I don't know how Lavi's previous guardian was willing to give up on him. I'd fry the Panda Bookman before he can lay his hands my precious baby and fill his head with that "hidden history" nonsense XP

Still, I wonder why Lavi is so fascinated with the idea of having knowledge of things that no one else have. Still, for once, I'm glad with the extra scenes that made the transition from innocent -> cynical Lavi smoother :)

Oh that? Well, er, I was going to lure chibi!Lavi away with that lollipop XD

"Still, I wonder why Lavi is so fascinated with the idea of having knowledge of things that no one else have." --- Maybe I'm weird but, at his age, I'd definitely follow a Panda-looking man who told me that XD Hell, I'd still do it! I think it just adds to Lavi's impulsive and curious character, maybe? Maybe this alias wasn't that far away from his original self and that's why it stuck and even stood up to the Bookman side? (Though a child of six probably doesn't have a completely defined personality but still XP)

Oh God, I have been rambling about those scenes to anyone who'll listen XD They were wonderfully done, imo. I'm glad I've been watching the anime and putting up with crappy fillers sometimes; it's these gems that make it really worth it (besides seeing my fav scenes animated =D)

And I keep on rambling... '-_-
