It is said that the mechanism buried under the carousel is what makes the ticking noise, and that the ticking is a countdown. To what, that's a secret only the deities know~♥! (Rabi-mun here, hello!) Aaaaaaactually Poly doesn't have reserves, but what it does have is slot apps-- which means you can put your app in as a reserve in the week in between app weeks, and no one can challenge it. But that only works if your app's already done. >:
