Welcome to 'the world'! We're a multifandom RPG taking place in Tokyo 2004! In a mostly normal city, suddenly some kind of strange floodgates have opened, and people from other dimensions are being dropped into random parts of Japan! It can happen anywhere and anytime! It was frightening at first, especially since these people are equipped with strange abilities that normal people don't have, but Japan has decided to be amiable and allow them to try and live and work as normal citizens (of course, it's probably mostly just a show for the other countries of the world, as some shady stuff is going on behind the scenes). There seems to be no way for them to get home, though a few people have disappeared and returned without their prior memories...
