And I can provide an explanation on his eye. He got shot in the eye when he was little, so that's why he wears an eye patch. It's a small spoiler I read about. I agree with you on the Noah Clan. It's all confusing.
On the 3rd side of the war- I don't doubt it. Kanda was made by and for the Order, so I don't believe he hates them. Allen might betray the Order.
