PREMISE This world has never been a peaceful world. Even when the Gods walked among the people there was chaos and war. Always at odds with one another, they fought violently over which of them was superior and fit to be the God of Gods. Their wars killed thousands of the land's people but never came to a conclusion; the Gods' powers were equal to one another's and there was never a victor. After thousands of years of war, the Gods gathered and agreed to wage their war in a way that would not destroy the world they had worked so hard to create. Instead, they formed a pact to give title of the greatest God to he who gathered the most followers; for the Gods took their strength from worship and belief. For centuries, this form of competition was successful and peaceful, yet there was still no clear winner. Too many people cared too little for the Gods who had once destroyed so much of the land and so none of the Gods could gain more followers than the others. But Kalkim, God of Darkness, had been silently planning a revolt against a pact he never truly agreed with. His devoted followers had been listening to his teachings and in secret began to create weapons for war; Kalkim was sure he would push ahead of the others and end this conflict with him emerging as the winner. However, the other Gods learned of this treachery and as Kalkim would not see reason, they resorted to the same methods. Now, the followers of the God's wage war on one another, forcing people to convert and killing those who refuse. Unfortunately, Kalkim's treachery didn't end there. He had developed a means of bringing people from other dimensions into the land; a means which, as soon as they discovered it, the other Gods began to use: The Mirror of Worlds. Now new and strange people have begun to arrive in this world through the Mirror and are being forced to worship the Gods and aid in their battles. But these people aren't all as easy to convince as the Gods had hoped... Endtopia is a PANFANDOM roleplay which allows AU and OU characters and original characters!
