Music...what?

Sorry for this stupid question but I was searching for the Grey Ark Fanbook at ebay (and found it :3 and bought it :3 and was happy) and while I was looking around the D.Gray-man stuff I found THIS:

Easy piano sheet music, from what I can tell. It probably includes the opening and ending themes, not sure which though. It probably is official, too.
