Un-warnings: No one actually dies. No spoilers.
Even years down the line, you wouldn't expect to be able to say something like, "Lenalee left him to die." But she had to make a choice, and she doesn't regret that. She does, however, regret what comes after -- Komui and Kanda fighting, Allen disappointed. Because of her.
( She left Lavi to die. (But he's already dead to her.) )
