[Question] - Is Noise Marie blind?

A friend of mine came with this doubt tonight after she read a fanfic that featured Noise Marie being blind but settled at the disclaimer that such issue was part of the canon.

Does anyone know if it is true?

Yes, he is. This was revealed very recently in chapter 175 of the manga on page 8.
