[Question] - Is Noise Marie blind?

A friend of mine came with this doubt tonight after she read a fanfic that featured Noise Marie being blind but settled at the disclaimer that such issue was part of the canon.

Does anyone know if it is true?

I remember when he first appeared that his eyes had no visible pupils, and that's was when I first believed him to be blind. After that... well, it was just a feeling.
