Hey, all. Forgive me if I'm being dumb, but...
General Winters is Mexican, right? I think I might have found the source of his name.

Zócalo stands for: a town square, a lower frieze on the wall (if it is that, then it must be a pun. It's a common joke to say to someone who is too short), a plain from the paleozoic times and the expantion countries have in the ocean marked as part of their territories.
Even though I wouldn't be surprised if Hoshino based Sokalo in this XDDDDD (http://www.zocaloarlington.com/)
(Wasn't Sokalo of an unknown origin like Cross?)

(This translation (http://www.dgraydivinity.net/forum/bookmans-library/1095-d-gray-man-official-fanbook-character-profiles.html) of the fanbook says he's Mexican, but hey, it could be wrong.)

(Thank you for the link, I didn't know such translations existed! I only based myself on mouth to mouth info.
Kanda can not have such insignificant education! Daysa and him will be sent back to school O_o)

(No problem! Some of the info in there is pretty interesting. There are a few characters that could stand to go to school. XD)
