I'm not exactly sure how you can download it, but I got the game for x-mas and if you have an American PS2, then the game will not work unless you have a 'chip' ((or so I'm told)).
I was looking forward to playing it, until the Screen said, 'please insert a PS2 game'!!!

I download most of My Jap game since I can't get them in my city, and My PS2 is already modified to accept any Game.. you can use a gameshark or Action Replay to run other region DVD..
and for the downloading part:
1- download all zip/rar files
2- extract the first one and the rest will follow.
3- burn the image file using whatever program you have, I use Nero:
