Plot Bunny

 Hello everyone, I am new to this community, but I've been lurking on it for a while now.

Not much to say, except I am feeling exceptionally bored right now. Incidentally, I'm also itching to stretch my dusty ol' writing skills right now, but having fallen in the wayside with keeping up with D.Gray-Man, I find myself unable to write anything with assurances of adhering to basic canon! (..aaaand...I'm just really too lazy to come up with my own plot... >_> )

So if anyone has a nice plot bunny to suggest, I'd be open to fleshing it out into a full-lenth fic, so long as there is minimum focus on romance (I am particularly adverse to slash). Pretty pretty please with a little beansprout on top? ^_^

You have the same writing tastes as me, minimal romance and adverse to slash :)

I don't have much plot bunnies to suggest right now. But it would be better if you told me what you like writing. Introspective ones, stories about the past or about the future, things like that.

For now the only plot bunny I have is that Rhode wants Allen to think about her all the time, so she decides to kidnap two exorcists and attempt to 'break' them in order for Allen to hate her. Her reasoning is that if you hate someone a lot, the person you hate will always occupy your thoughts.
In my imagination, the two people she picked are Kanda and Lenalee. No romance is intended here. I picked them simply because I like them both and because they are childhood friends. Of course, you can pick anyone else if you want, just not Allen.
You are free to express this idea in anyway you like, I'm not good at writing torture fics or stuff like that, so I've never written an actual story on it, just a one-shot on Rhode's thought process as she formulated her plan and picked the two exorcists.

Hmm, it would help if you said what/who you'd like to write about. With the info you've given me, I'm pretty useless.

I hope you get a good one if I can't help you. I like slash, but nothing beats a well-written plot fic, mainly because they're really rare. Good luck! :D

I'm not sure how far behind with the manga chapters you are, so I'll just stick with stuff that's before the new HQ:

1)[Humour/Romance(?)] You could rewrite the whole zombie!arc to your liking >D

2)[Angst/Tragedy/Neither?] If Komui is either dead or had been kidnapped (depends on how heart wrenching you want this really, but I personally prefer the latter - I actually like Komui) who'll be in charge of the Black Order? What will the Exorcist have to put up with (to get him back)?

3) [AU/Parody(?)] Use a modern setting and make the exorcists sparkly vampires and the Noahs... well, they can be sparkly too. Suggested because everyone seems to be doing it...

Hope this crack gives you some ideas~

Frankly, I doubt I'd actually write any of the above myself.

Also I'm not adverse to romance or slash, but there's too many out there and not enough of them seem interesting. :/

Because this got stuck in my head for a reason or another, and I can't write humor or long-fic to save my life.

Allen takes the role of Millennium Earl and Kanda simply can't die. They go around and about millennia after canon.

I was thinking of funny shenanigans of them interacting after so long, or some long-plot of twisty time travel (I am a sucker for those), and I hadn't decided if they'd meet after a long time and realize both are basically in the same immortal situation or if they simply stuck together for a long time.
