I just got On Demand, and DGM is on it. ya rly
Movies & Events > Funimation Anime > DGM WOAH

Every epsiode costs a dollar, but the first one is free. I just watched part of it , oh nostalgiaa I couldn't finish because I hate Allen's voice, LOL

First of all, they keep Innocent Sorrow in Japanese with subtitles. YAY I LOVE THAT SONG

hahaaa... Allen's voice dub is terrible, good lord does he sound FRUITY. That part where he finds the police officer, he says "I gotchaaaa" and I giggled. I'm sorry, Allen. The police's voices are fitting and the acting isn't as horribly cheesy as dubbed anime can be. I stopped watching because it made me cringe. yea that's all i have to say.

I checked the tags under "anime" and didn't find anything about this, but sorry if it's a repostttt

....Y-yeah...I had this exact problem when I discovered it earlier this month. I thought that if I watched it I wouldn't be so outraged and disgusted.....but...

I really can't believe this is the same company that did Fullmetal Alchemist, one of the few dubs I consider equal to the Japanese original. For shame, Funimation, you're capable of WAY better.

I don't know, I watch episode 8 in the English dub and I thought it was... nice O_O I mean, Allen's voice is not so horrible. But Johnny's voice made me want to puke.

I think the DGM dub is passable. Only Rhode and Lero really make me want to commit ritual suicide.

Now speaking of Funimation Channel On Demand...*shudders to think of the Black Blood Brothers dub*

OMFG!!! XD
Kanda is Way tooo deep for my liking, he sounds like a old man (what he seriously is NOT!) and I don't like Allen's voice too
but I am happy that at least Lenalee has an acceptable voice XD

Komui is not as funny sounding as in the japanese version what I think is sad because this man is so amusing

so after all... I prefer the japanese version XD

The dub isn't that bad, the only voices that make me wanna turn myself into an akuma is Kanda and The Earl's. Allen's is bearable and I actually like Rhode's, but they should switch her voice with Lenalee's.
