 Hello, I recently downloaded the boy love doujinshi game Kin no Hoshi Furu Yoru and I've been struggling with getting the outcomes I've wanted. I was wondering if someone could provide a walkthrough of the game for me so I don't keep getting the same ending over and over.

You need to find a program that will fix your computer's registry.

Just google a free registry fixing program and download that. It may take some time but once you do that, since your computer recognizes Japanese hopefully, you should be able to run it.
