Summary: Kanda is plagued by dreams as the war continues to rage. Cross thinks the boy needs a distraction.

A/N: I was really hesitant about putting this one up, mostly because it starts out alright (though a little of the 'meh' side) and then just crumbles to pieces with every paragraph >.< I'm not even sure I managed to get my initial idea across. *phails* orz 

Ah well, it's Cross x Kanda ^o^ 
(And besides, I felt pretty guilty for asking for fanfic about the pairing for my first post in the community without even contributing anything... ^^)  
 
He couldn't hide anything from Cross - not when the General was out of get what Kanda wanted to bury.
