New monthly DGM challenge community for Adult Art + Fic

Hello everyone!

dgm_fuh_q is a NEW, Adults-Only monthly challenge community that accepts both Artwork and Fan Fiction. The first round will start this coming Tuesday, September 1st.

How It Works:

Each month, a character from the cast of D. Gray-Man will be announced along with a list of every other character in the series. This list of characters serves the purpose of pairing the month's featured character with someone else from the cast. Community members will claim a character from the list and create fanworks (stories or art) for their chosen pairing, to be completed by the end of the month.

One catch: This community is for ADULTS ONLY. There is a rating requirement of NC-17 for all works submitted. "Hard R" is also accepted, but to be honest we prefer full-on sexings.

There is no voting for winners in this community - no competition. It's all for fun, and also to enjoy some potentially crazy crack pairings that you'd usually never experience. Hetero, Yaoi and Yuri are obviously all accepted.

(Please put your birth year in your profile so we know you're of-age. Membership is moderated, so you may have to wait a bit to be approved, but if you're 18+ you have nothing to worry about. Thanks!)

Just a small question, when is the joining option going to be available? It says the Membership is closed and that you must be asked first.

(If it is because you want to check who joins and who doesn't, you could use moderated membership, I use that with my communities to avoid new empty accounts to join when there are polls)

Membership is open now. We're moderating it because we want to ensure that everyone is 18 years of age or older. It is possible to join, but you just have to wait for us to approve your request for membership.

I'll check the settings to see what it says, but we've been getting requests to join the community so it's definitely not closed. It should say Membership is Moderated.

[edit] Yes, the User Info of the community says "Moderated", so it's all good! You can apply for membership without a problem, and I'll approve you right away, especially since you've got your birth year in your profile. Thanks again! ^^

You can watch the community, but there isn't much point as all of the posts will be locked to the community. If you want to keep us in mind and bookmark the comm for when you turn 18 though, go right ahead! :)
