A huge anime cross-over project

 Greetings everyone!

I was wondering if anyone was willing to participate in this huge cross-over fanfiction I was thinking about. Basically, the idea is putting your favorite characters into a single universe just like the x-over section on fanfiction.net. The main difference here is that we all do it together.

How does this work then?

It's actually quite simple. I found this cool website, storymash.com where people can add their own idea to another persons story. Kind of like a tree branch. A story can have one chapter 1 but 5 chapter 2's, and the chapter 2's can branch out as well. It actually just depends on what story or plot movement caught your eye. If you like it and have and idea of what can possibly happen next, your free to write your own next chapter of that existing story on the site. I dont know about anyone, but the idea of having so many authors expand a single plotline is kind of exiting.

To get back to the supposed story, I called it CROSS[ED] INTERFACE. My main characters as of chapter one are Allen Walker, Ryoma Echizen, and Kuchiki Rukia.

Don't like the characters but interested in the idea? Create your own chapter one yourself!

That's why I find storymash an appealing and fun site (not to mention they pay you for writing, though the payment is dependent on story rankings and such. Go ahead and read the FAQ section). I'm a new member on that site actually, and all though most of the site content are original, I gut the thumbs up from a moderator(or something, I think) that fanfictions are also allowed. "You'll find that the vast majority of stories here are original ideas. However, there is nothing in the rules stating that fanfiction is not allowed. All that we ask is that you give credit where credit is due. Be sure to give credit to the show/story/idea that you are using to write your story", I quote.

If anyone is interested, you can comment me here or participate on the forum of  the site there. I go by unknownymous on storymash by the way. And I have no plans of leaving ff.net or any of the sites I (sometimes) post fanfiction on. It's just that I think this idea can cough up a lot of creative results and that it will be really fun since anything can happen.

ps: The project isnt created yet. I'll be posting the first two chapters in a few days. that way, chapter one can be a reminder thingy, and the chapter two's can be an endless amount of chapter one's.

I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this is a good idea or something. And if anyone else can, please help spread the word to other fandoms. The more the merrier, right?  XD

As interesting as it sounds, the site itself is very confusing for me. I surfed on it a little and was unable to both find your username and started story. There are also too many unknown variables lying out of reach in that site for me to feel comfortable enough to join in. Sorry but I'll have to decline your tempting invitation. Still, I'll spread the word to my friends if I catch them ^^

Hope your story gets alot of people to write in it!
