How do you make winap skins?

I used a simple program called 'skinnertoo'
it's very simple ^_^

hmmmmm....

1. u had to have a winamp player
2. put the winamp skins that you want to use in to a folder
3. open winamp, and then click the right button of your mouse then choose 'SKINS'
4. if your winamp skin was 'WINAMP Modern' first choose 'WINAMP CLASSIC'
5. after that click 'SKIN BROWSER'
6. click on the 'SET SKIN DIRECTORY' and choose the folder you put the winamp skins in it.
7. now you can choose which skin you want to use.
8. After that, just click CLOSE
