I consider myself a bit on the crafty side (and very much on the poor side) so I'd love to see a tutorial. Then, after I really screw it up and end up with something more resembling a child's drawing of the earl (or the earl after a terrifying transporter accident) we can discuss the comission thing. My cat will probably eat him either way ... poetic justice?

Funny thing? I've made one of these as a cat toy. A coworker had me make a Cartman from South Park and fill him with catnip for her cat. Last I heard the cat loves him to pieces ^_^

A Cartman cat toy is hilarious. Perfect round shape and, frankly, the little bastard deserves whatever he gets for constantly witholding pot pies from his own cat. (I visualize a teeny cartman running from the cat yelling "no, kitty! that's a bad kitty!")
