I would actually oppose the theory of Rabi being the "bearer of the heart" - In the Ark incident Kanda, Crowley, Rabi and Chaoji were, for a certain amount of time, gone / dead because of the download. Technically speaking, if one of them had the heart, the other Innocences would have been disabled until Allen reversed the download. That would be logical, but maybe they weren't really dead just... uh trapped in some in-between world. Then Rabi (or Kanda!!!) would be nice.
While the Earl hinted that the bearer of the heart is aware of his Innocence being the heart, I do not think that anyone we know of would withhold such crucial information.
I'd say the Innocence is either an exorcist who just had a boost (Linali, Allen, Crowley, Chaoji - even though I exclude the lst two because of the above mentioned theory) or someone who is aware of having Innocence but is no exorcist yet... Of course, everyone could be it, because Hoshino could surprise us.
Well, just to think about more conspiracy; if anyone really knows much about Innocence and the heart I would rather suggest Cross and Leverrier (Komui doesn't know as much as they do). So... Uh... While I don't think Leverrier qualifies as being the heart, what about his dear little minion, Link? He's clearly suspicious (with his secret mission and his ability to withstand the Lv. 4's "cry", and he's quite strong... XD ) Of course, with Allen being my favourite character I would still prefer him over anybody else...
