Here, have some tl;dr

Oh, the Komui theory's interesting; I never would have thought of him at all, but it would be nice to see him become more important. (Poor Komui, constantly living in the shadow of his little sister. Although then again, I suppose he might be happier that way.)

As quite a few people have mentioned above, Miranda would be an interesting choice, and it's true that her power is very unique. If you think about it, Miranda would make a very good "hiding place" for the Heart. Because she doesn't really have offensive powers, she's less likely to be on the frontlines of any given fight than, say, Kanda is, meaning that the Heart's relatively safe if she has it. I think that both sides have minimized the significance of having power over time, and this is made possible by her personality. You would think that everyone's reaction to someone who can stop/reverse time, even temporarily, would be "She must be really important." But she falls so easily into a supportive instead of active role that they just look right through her. Anyway, I think she deserves more attention.

I'm really, really, hoping that it's not Allen. To be honest, I'm just sick of the constant speshulfulness that he's exuding that I don't want to see him given any more power. I find it extremely irritating when authors have to heap every unique ability possible on their protagonist; it just makes me think that they're not confident in their plot. D<

I would be extremely surprised if the Heart turned out to be Kanda or Crowley. Both of their Innocences take the form of some very obvious variety of weapon, and I can't help but think that that'd be a tad unoriginal for the most important Innocence of them all. Teeth and swords are such archetypical weapons that I would be surprised to see if either had a deeper meaning.

Cross would sort of annoy me for the same reasons as Allen. They're both just too special. Plus, Cross is an awesome guy on his own accord; I'd rather see that he got there on his own rather than because he's intrinsically "better" than everybody else. :/

I suspect that whatever Lenalee is, she's not the Heart. I'm not entirely sure why I feel that way; maybe it's just that at this point, it's just too obvious. Lavi's an interesting option. I'd never considered the possibility of him being the Heart, but I guess it would make some sense considering how carefully Bookman ferries him around.
