Looking for Fic

Ok, so I found this fic ages ago, but I can't seem to find it again. It's set a bit in the future where the OT4 are Generals, and is written from another exorcist's POV. He's freaked because he's been drafted to be part of General Kanda's team. Turns out though the work and conditions are difficult, he would rather not be anywhere else.

Real descriptive, I know. :P Any reqs you could offer would be AWESOME!!
