Nothing that you have to take to heart, but something that I tend to really appreciate is when kink memes have an archive where it's possible to sort out fills/requests, and makes access easier. I know that some use delicious, and I've always found they're system to be easy to use...so maybe consider that? (and, ah, sorry if this isn't the type of advice you were talking about...)
