Yeah, so I'm a DURPADURP and completely lost the pictures of the "New New" uniforms that I think were with the artbook. There was just one picture of the main four.
Do you mean this one (http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c163/akiranowe/uporg1424046.jpg)? I believe it's part of a fanbook and as far as I know has yet to be actually confirmed as the offical new uniforms or if it's stand-alone for that image.
It will be released on the 4th June 2008. This piece of article is an announcement for this official fanbook :)

I suppose if you stick around, you'll see some scans surfacing soon enough from various communities. Personally, I have all intentions of buying it and even ordered for it from the nearest Kinokuniya, though, my country normally receives things much later the actual date and I'll probably get it one month (or two) after the initial release.

More than 55 characters will be featured with their latest data available so far. - A huge quantity of prized (I assume this means rarely seen) character rough sketches - Bonus ZONE in its entirety - Next issue will feature the gorgeous file of the publication (preview of the book design, I'm thinking)
