Well that is my opinion and I think it is the closest to the canon because okay, Kanda is freakily charming, beautiful and smexy but, he also is a fucking cold-hearted bastard and lone-wolf. That would be nonsense to make of him a perfect seme, skilled and stuff like that. I also think that it is only with Lavi that all his sexual potential can be released for they know each other since two years at least, but erm, that is my viewpoint as a fangirl.

I do both, because I think they are complementary. There are episodes that do not appear in the manga, and there also are arcs that are more developped in the anime (for example Kanda's fight; I was absolutely disappointed to see how long it lasted in the manga O___o that was freakily short!!), but there is a side in the manga that is not really present in the anime, so I like both, although I have a clear liking with the anime. You?

I haven't tried the D.Gray manga yet, but i'm definitely gonna read it, the moment I find the time. It's too cool to resist! :p

Well I think you should but you will maybe be disappointed, because I read the tenth volume after having watched the anime version and I was soooo frustrated... But still, Hoshino's graphic style is very nice and beautiful *o*
