TRANSLATION:
In the morning, when the two guards outside peek into the room after their nap, they were shocked by Cross's condition. They shut the door, one of them run off to inform Leverrier while the other one stay guard.

Suddenly, a huge crackle was coming from the room. the guard opened the door but found no one inside except shattered glass pieces and the gun still lying on the ground.

Cover page: Since that day, nobody has ever seen Cross Marian.

Scene changes to somewhere bright, where Allen and co was fighting akumas and retrieving innocence. Allen doesn't look cheerful though. The chapter ends when they are going back to the HQ.


So, he's either alive, and/or someone's taken his body. I still don't think he's dead, just unconscious--there has to be a lot more to it.

His gun was left there, so I think this is an issue of kidnapping. Who would have thought it would happen to Cross of all people! Somebody wants revenge (Tyki? Yeah, maybe in my dreams), or somebody wants to use him for something...

Also, apparently there will be no DGM for the next three weeks following this chapter, according to this.

So... Cross was saved by the Earl's umbrella making a crackle in the glass (he was somehow related to him and the Noah) after Lvellie's attempt to kill him failed *tremendously bricked*

I'm pretty sure he stagged the entire thing, it's probably a plan to get Allen and co out of the clutches of Leverrier... agter following the series I am betting more on that outcome because Cross is one sly and calculating devil.

Oh, thank goodness! Maybe he was taken, but Cross disappearing right after being seen makes me think (as an initial impression, at least) that it's even more likely than last week that the incident was staged. :D Leaving the gun worries me, though.

I think we went without DGM for three weeks -- or more -- last summer, too. At least Hoshino didn't end on a major cliffhanger and say, "HA HA! You now have to wait for a MONTH to see if Kanda will find his hair care products!"

By the third week does he mean how a release comes out near the end of the week? If that's the case, it doesn't sound like much of a hiatus.
