I was very surprised when my sister showed me these pics (my big sis I am forever in love with Kanda) and she made the introduction: 

Korean singer Kim Hee Chul (Kim Hui Cheol) also known as "Cinderella"  Heechul (kawaii !!! X33) from pop band Super Junior. 

I'd like to give links and stuff, but I'm sleepy, and anyway, you just have to google the info, and  voi la. 

Ins't he very similar to Kanda?! *squeals*

You'll have to forgive me, but my dose of fangirlism has gotten the best of me this night.

I never thought of that... LOL Hee Chul, in personality wise, is very different from Kanda though... XDD or at least that's what I know since I'm not that into Super Junior. He's a bit of what we call fourth-dimensioner in Korea, not to mention he knows he's way pretty for a guy o.O I don't think he has long hair anymore though... It was when they were singing a song called 'U' that he had his hair like that and that was quite a while ago now.

XDD Yeah, actually they are very different, and the guy only looks similar while wearing that wig...but anyway, such a funny thing hm? If Heechul would do some serious pose, with scowling and all, it would be a really perfect image!

har har I imagine people researching Heechul just to get more on the "look-alike" and getting a bit disappointed at finding him with brown/blond/other hairdos. Gomen minna!

Hahaha, yeah, when I saw that concert of his I was like... omg, you look like every pretty boy samurai in anime! Especially Kanda! Similar in looks, vastly different in personality. Case in point: Kanda would rather commit seppuku than allow himself to be called Cinderella, while HeeChul breathes the diva pop-star life as SuJu's home-grown drama queen! <3 He's my fave SuJu boy

He really only looks like that in the music video 'U' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSVuVuV3KMQ), so that's the one you'll want to find the most (although I think there are some live performances from around that same time with that hair).

But if you want to see him look like Reno from FFVII I suggest also checking out the video 'Don't Don' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqoByGCGppc&fmt=18).
