I was very surprised when my sister showed me these pics (my big sis I am forever in love with Kanda) and she made the introduction: 

Korean singer Kim Hee Chul (Kim Hui Cheol) also known as "Cinderella"  Heechul (kawaii !!! X33) from pop band Super Junior. 

I'd like to give links and stuff, but I'm sleepy, and anyway, you just have to google the info, and  voi la. 

Ins't he very similar to Kanda?! *squeals*

You'll have to forgive me, but my dose of fangirlism has gotten the best of me this night.

I knew that I was not wrong the day I turned my former Sims 1 Kanda into a popstar. He practically screams it!

*hugs you again and goes to find almost every song of that band to see more singing Kanda*

He really only looks like that in the music video 'U' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSVuVuV3KMQ), so that's the one you'll want to find the most (although I think there are some live performances from around that same time with that hair).

But if you want to see him look like Reno from FFVII I suggest also checking out the video 'Don't Don' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqoByGCGppc&fmt=18).
