Happy Halloween!

I haven't carved pumpkins in a long time. Last year I even slept through Halloween! So this year I wanted to carve a pumpkin. I didn't think I could carve a picture of Cross or Krory, so I went for a simpler design. I just prayed that no one would come to our house and ask, "Why do you have the Japanese word for devil carved on your pumpkin?"


Last night I carved this:




Today I decided there needed to be more stars.




Luckily, no one did.

And you'd be all, "Yeah..."
And I'd be all, "Is that a reference to something?"
And then you'd go, "Maybe..."

Thank you! There were outbursts of child-friendly cursing when I was trying to make the letters. And I kept having to explain the whole Akuma and stars thing to the little siblings who didn't get it at all. But yes! FANGIRLAGE!

This is true. Unfortunately I don't have any of the DVDs so I'd have to sit at the computer with them. And strangely enough, I get way to distracted during anime and therefore don't always finish watching a series.

It's easier to focus on just the episode if you're watching it with someone else (and with your hands away from the keyboard and mouse). As for finishing the series, in the case of D.Gray-Man I just avoid all fillers. Even if you watch just the first five or ten episodes with someone, it'll help them to understand a little, at least. ^_^
