D. Gray Man English DVDs

I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place >_<;;

I wanted to ask, since D.Gray Man's Box Set Part 1 Season 1 is coming out in English on March 2009; Does anyone know how many episodes it is? It's $60 retail, but I know Japan has come out with 4 parts(13 episodes each) to season 1 >_>;;, so I'm assuming that it wouldn't cost that much for only 13 episodes?

I'd like to see how they attempt the accents. A few of the characters wouldn't retain accents anymore because of how young they were (eg, Lenalee) when they were taken. I assume most of them would have British/British-esque accents.

I've been scouring google, looking for the English VAs. The only one I was Dan Green but I'm thinking it was a joke as it said, D.Gray-Man Voice of Pregnant Akuma (English)
