That Allen has never had The Talk?
That Allen has no idea what The Talk even is and is happily getting himself into an awkward situation with his mama?
That Allen knows everything there is to know about The Talk?

Or maybe that's not what that caption means at all...

I checked my Japanese volume and the caption just means "The Discussion." Not the same nuance as The Talk in English. There's supposed to be dialogue over their heads but it looks like it's not there in your pic? Anyway, Hoshino's lamenting how Allen is becoming more haraguroi (http://bangin.wordpress.com/2007/11/06/%E8%85%B9%E9%BB%92haraguro/) as the series progresses. She says she's trying really hard to write a pure protagonist, and then Allen's like, "How can you expect me to remain pure when this manga is so dark YOU SADIST" and then Hoshino apologizes. XD

Of course, I kind of knew Viz's translation wouldn't be completely accurate, because it never is, but it's a plausible misunderstanding, ne?
