D.Gray Man English Dub

Okay, I honestly don't know if this has been posted (or the fact that I'm so late ;A;)  but has anyone seen the english dub of D.Gray Man?
If so, I'd like to hear what you  think about it :D!

Well, I dislike the anime period, but I still kinda hoped that maybe if they got a better voice actor for Lavi I *might* not care so much, but...
I dunno, I never watched the beginning of the Japanese version, did it always sound so... cheesy?
I seriously could'nt get past episode 4 I was disgusted by the script!
(I also hated how they changed everything in the beginning, but that's not Viz's fault)

Anyway in terms of voice actors. I like Allen's voice for when he's freaking out and stuff. xD I think it's done really well and I love it. But somehow, when he's serious his voice doesn't sound nearly as good.

As pretty much everyone else said, Kanda's voice sucks (And by that, I mean it doesn't fit at all).

I was disappointed with Lavi's voice. I was hoping that Jason would be able to do a better job, seeing how much I loved his role in the FMA movie. But, meh.
I guess I like it a bit more than his Japanese voice, but it's still not the Lavi voice that I had in my head. It's just too childish sounding, and that irks me to no end. ( ;____; ) Dammit.

*sigh* Okay, happy thoughts now.
I *love* Road's voice. Some think it's too deep, but I think it's *perfect*.
I also love Cross' voice in a weird way. He sounded a bit drunk, and it was almost like he was slurring, but... somehow it worked in my head, and it made me laugh~
Although I think it would sound a bit better if it was more like the voice Chris used for Vegeta, and less like the one he uses for Armstrong.

Umm... I guess I hadn't heard too much of Komui's voice but it didn't really impress me? Maybe if I heard more.
I like Johnny's voice. It's no longer nasally sounded, and it's a bit deeper, and I like that much better than his Japanese voice.

Lenalee would be better if her voice actor was more consistent. She sounds nice most of the time, but then other times she sounds waaayy too much like Hunny, who looks/sounds like a child, and that just makes me go, 'Wut?'

Actually, the voice actor for Kanda is the same voice actor for Roy from FMA. I don't know if anyone noticed that? Or am I making a mistake again >w

Yeah, I think a lot of people know that. Usually they just call him Travis, though. Not 'Roy Mustang's VA', you-know?

It'd make sense if Cross sounded drunk.. He always sounded drunk to me in Japanese too. XD But that could just be my imagination.

Agreed. I haven't seen the dub yet, but I didn't like his Japanese voice at all. To be honest, I can't picture anyone as a good Lavi :/
