Ark

I have been wondering... the ark [I mean inside the ark] there is all these white buildings!?
Are they real? I mean, is there such a place here, in the real world?

Yes. You're right about Greece. Specifically, I think Hoshino modeled the inside of the Ark on Santorini and Mykonos:

hmm? I am from Greece, and yea, I'll agree they look alike. I mean the style is the same (white houses with blue windows) and you could say that those Greek islands mentioned before, may have (somehow) inspired Hoshino.
