I have been wondering... the ark [I mean inside the ark] there is all these white buildings!?
Are they real? I mean, is there such a place here, in the real world?

Yes. You're right about Greece. Specifically, I think Hoshino modeled the inside of the Ark on Santorini and Mykonos:

Yeah, that does look a lot like the Ark. Especially the second one in Mykonos. O_o
