I'd rather vote for some other connection... I mean come on, Mana was in the grave Allen was by when Earl appeared, they can't be the same person, can they? lD If Mana was 14th brother though, then who knows, there might be more of a connection to the Earl here, too. Though personally I don't think he looks EXACTLY like Mana. More like... bears some resemblance 8o
