Fist Poll - I'd say most of the above. Now, let us try to combine it properly into a title, shall we? Here goes..

Party Of Sheryl's Harem In Blindeningly Horrible Shirts Even Bishified Jasdevi Wear and Party Of Exorcists Who Screwed Istambul Failed To React To An Attack Because Of Mortification (Upon Shirts)And Hence So Much For Tokusa And Even Link Was Lost.

Haha, I loved the first image of Jasdevi, where they were holding hands. <3 They look so different, though, like emo J-rockers--and where are their pistols? ;A; I hope they get some dialogue, and that their freakish, angry adolescent personalities are intact....

Between the changes in old characters and the influx of new characters, there were a lot of "Who's that!?" moments. XD

To be honest, most of the chapter just made me go "wait, whut, who the hell are they again? what's happening!? whaaaat?" because it sort of felt like a huge timeskip from where the last chapter left off and it was so confusing I gave up trying to understand it anymore. In that sense, most of the options for the first poll would be correct.

I'm glad that DGM has returned, but on the other hand I'm NOT glad at all that this chapter had so much gratituous "what the fuck?" so I voted 'mixed feelings'. =/

Yes, I felt that way too. The storyline skipped around a lot and didn't continue the Istanbul mission plot she was setting up before.

It looks as if a lot of people have mixed feelings.

First poll--"Two Panels of Lavi". Though I'm also quite fond of "Sheryl's Harem", "Screw Istanbul", "Did We Miss Something Here?", and "Who Cares, It's a Chapter."

Second poll--I'm not sure. It felt a little disappointing to me, but maybe that's just because I was waiting for it for so long, and after the announcement it was going to be 50 pages+color, I expected too much. x__-

Lavi's been a bit absent, hasn't he? There were also two panels of Link, though at least he's been active in the recent manga.

The manga's changed a lot recently, IMO, but in this chapter it barely felt like DGray at all. D: I'm going to keep reading, though.

'Did we miss something here' pretty much sums up my feelings about this chapter. Our sudden loss of continuity is my biggest gripe.

And I admit, I didn't like this chapter much as all. I'm glad DGM is back and all, but this was a mess. :(

*nods* The plot-skipping was what stood out the most to me. Well, that, the Noah's outfits, and Tokusa's premature and grisly demise. But in terms of the storyline, the missing period is the worst of those three.

I voted for NOAH'S REVENGE because the new popstar outfits were like... my biggest gripe. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, guys! And definitely don't break it either! Come on!

I'm confused about what happened to Jasdebi. Did they die and get reincarnated in that huge dude? Are they just trying a new look? WHAT?

The twins are still twins. *points at the two teens who are now angsty-looking* I loved the first shot of them holding hands... *_* I worry over how different they look now, though, since I want the same old twins.

They didn't die--the fanbook listed that they were alive, unlike Skinn.

First poll was pretty much an isssuuueeee, it's been so long that I forgot what Lenalee (Linali? Linalee? Lenali? AAAH.) looked like.

BUT OH YAY, LAVI. I MISSED YOU. ALLEN! I MISSED YOU TOO.

I even re-read chapters 185 & 186 to try and jog my memory but 187 still had me going, "Wait, who was that again? No, hey wait a minute! Now who's this guy?! AH!" Where the hell did all these Noahs come from...

Very tempted to go for 'Two Panels of Lavi', but I went for Noah's revenge in the end :P some of them make the shirts look pretty damn good! BUT... =/= 19th century :|

Still liked the chapter though, WTFery can be good and it left a pretty big impression on me, specially since it's been gone for so long. It was a good way to reintroduce itself!

Sheryl's Harem, simply because he was my favorite part of this chapter. He like, killed Tokusa's leg with his miiiiind.

LERO! I loved Lero! He was amazing! Him, and the card thing (whose name I can never seem to remember... ^_^'). The card thing was AWESOME in the anime. "Iiiiikiteruuuuuuuu..." xDDDDD I was laughing so hard. Even though that was during the dramatic meeting between Tyki and Allen in the Ark. xD'

I think this chapter was good as it introduced a lot of new characters and concepts, which makes D.gray-man really interesting rather than flat, bland and predictable. It can be rather confusing, but hopefully it'll all add up in upcoming chapters.

I think the art in this particular chapter was quite good too! I really enjoy observing how Katsura Hoshino's has changed and matured over the 187 chapters. :D

If only most of those characters weren't so unappealing (at least in my opinion). And it would be nice if she would spend some of that time further developing the interesting characters she has instead of dropping them out of the manga for long stretches of time or killing them off right away. I don't know, it seems as if she could have paced it better and properly introduced a lot of those Noahs gradually instead of just showing them too us, then sending them all into action. At least Wisely seems like a well-developed character.

Interesting is good. But so is continuity. And a story shouldn't have to sacrifice the second to achieve the first. I hope Hoshino does cover what she skipped, and more fully develop the characters/concepts.

lmao, i was SO confused in this chapter. sure, i missed the noahs (and the only new outfit i liked was rhode's. god she looked awesome) but the whole premise of it was so... no. that's why i'd say mixed feelings solely because tyki's back AND WE SEE LAVI'S FACE. other than that i was kinda pissed off. :(

Thankfully I've been following the spoilers since Day 1, otherwise it would have been any other option. Should have voted 'Operation Blind Them With Our Shirts: Noah's Revenge'.

I still don't get it all, but I've gotten used to the weirdness by the time the chap came out for real. Actually, I didn't want to accept those spoilers as real, until the pictures came out and was super shocked.

As for the time skip, I guess nothing really happened during Istanbul and it wasn't nescessary?

At least it gives us something to think about until the next chapter months later. All things considered, this information dump could've been planned in order to pacify us during the wait... though it's a seriously twisted way of doing it.

I think it was generally just very jumbled, and confusing. I just wish she had continued smoothly from the previous chapter instead of sudden time jump. This however doesn't lessen my love for the series any!

Am I the only one here who said they liked the chapter? XD Hoshino will most likely explain everything in the next (or a later) chapter. We just have to be patient.

Needless to say the chapter certainly DID gain people's attention. It just depends on how much the reader likes their "WTF" moments XD

Yeah. I read the spoilers/chapter thinking "Wait, I thought they were going to--why is Madarao here?--wasn't Kanda talking to Bak?--why isn't Link with the rest?--the Earl is a Noah, but--what!?"
