Hi, I'm new to the D Gray Man fandom and am currently about three quarters of the way through the anime and enjoying it a lot.

I've been wanting to read some fanfic for the series but given the amount that is out there I was hoping that you lovely people could recommend some of your favourites or must reads? I prefer slash but any recs would be welcomed. Thanks!

Ah, okay! I don't really read Kanda stuff, haha, but I do know of:

three AM (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4584082/1/three_AM), amazingly funny fic, Kanda/Lavi.

The works of su_dama or, at ff.net, smokingace (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/430371/smokingace). Very different and interesting writing style, and I do adore her OT3 fic Three Blind Mice (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4557576/1/Three_Blind_Mice).

Anything by metisket is worth a read *g* Her gen fics and pairing fics are wonderful.
