It's from a doujinshi called "Marvelous". It's a "Everyone and their moms x Kanda" and it seems to be one difficult to find yet excellent doujinshi.

My icon is extracted from it, seconds before, at the prologue (from which this image is from), Allen jumps on the poor unsuspecting Kanda.

I quite love the hair on the second pic. The coloring on Kanda's nose makes it looks, flat, though. I don't know where you're light source was coming from, but I know at least that the shading shouldn't go up the nose like that. For the lighting in this case, I think just having a little under the nose would've been fine. : 3
