I also thought that D stood for something...Maybe "Dolls" since Hoshino said that she wanted to name DGM "Dolls" at first *I think*. Plus that the "doll" theme is very popular in DGM. First Road and her dolls for covers. Then Earl using the Akuma as "Dolls/Puppets", and also the Crows referring to Alma and the seconds as "Doll". Basically the Order using the Seconds and Thirds as their puppets.__.
