Okay, the new chapter is out and scanlated on onemanga.com, so head on over and read it. It's rather sweet.



Right-o. Firstly, though we haven't really seen many shots with him standing up in it, Timothy's exorcist uniform concists of... shorts, the usual jacket and... rollerskates? ... Kaaay... Don't really know whether to like or dislike that.

Heheh, poor Komui, we can only imagine what Timothy's making him pay. Good luck groveling, supervisor.

Link has a metric f*ckton of paperwork to do, which made me laugh. He also seems to be loosening up a bit as a character after that near death experience. (I must be the only one that likes him D: Everyone I've talked to doesn't.)

And one last thing that worried me; there is a giant. Scar. On Allen's. Chest. I can only assume that's where the sword peirced him, but holy mother of god that did a lot more damage than I thought it would. I suppose it's only fair though. Makes you wonder if Tyki's got something like that, or if it's different because he's full Noah (though it could be said that Allen's getting pretty borderline). Hopefully we'll see some more expansion on that.

Anyway, with this chapter, the Timothy storyline is pretty much wrapped up, so something new should be up next week, which will be fun. Place your bets! What do you want to see?

...Kanda actually showing some moderate disgust at Allen's little Noah act, praise Lord. He's been a cool beacon of realistic reactions in the past - after an onslaught of "Worry not, shounen hero, we stand by you whatever happens!" from everyone else, I'd love to see more "Not touching that cursed hand," or ," Ewwww, no, it's not okay that you're going Noah on us, buddy."

Generally hoping that at least someone will be uncomfortable with this development, because the lighthearted aftermath of this chapter was a bit anticlimactic.

As far as I know Chaoji is pretty pissed with Allen going Noah, but I don't suppose that's as satisfying at seeing Kanda's little "Oh fuck no" face. Allen's been hanging out with exorcists for a while so... cursed hands etc are sorta normal. Vaguely.

Well, we'll probably see some more interesting things in the next chapter.~

Yeah, I was surprised about those roller skates too. Actually it doesn't make sense since it even has nothing to do with his ability.

I like that he's thinking about his 'home' and wants to make sure they won't have trouble but it's actually stupid that the order also has to pay for his crimes. He should do that himself... like not paying but at least regretting properly. Such a spoiled child. =_=

Link is getting more symphatic every chapter. Before he used to be like a marionette. Only acting according to his orders but now it's different. I really like that.

About Allen I am a little disappointed that there were no talks about his sudden appearance as Noah. At least Kanda noticed something, right?!

But he talking about Mana was pretty cute~

Allen grew up so fast... hard to believe he's only 15.

Tim's cruel like that. I think it was worth it to see the look of Komui's face.

Allen's got this saving people thing going on, like most shonen heros. He just happens to emit it now, so Link's loosening up.

Kanda probably noticed, but it's hard to tell, because it's the manga you can't tell if maybe his skin started turning gray or something. It may well pop up next chapter, idk.

I still double-take at the 15 thing. He's well built enough to be 18, easily. Or maybe that's me trying to justify myself wanting to kidnap him.

Anyway, I like Link, too ._. He's cool. I meet a lot people on GaiaOnline who like him. Maybe you're talking to the wrong persosn (like I always meet people who like Tyki and I can't forgive him for almost killing my sweet Allen who gets more and more hot lately).

I noticed the rollerskates, too!! (Usually I totally miss such details...) And his uniform looks like a sweet miniature version of Allen's xDDD

.... .3. That scar worries me. HOW CAN HOSHINO-SENSEI MAR ALLEN'S SEXY BODYYYYYYY?! ...nevermind me. *stabs Tyki* He might have a scar too (Tyki-pon) because when Road punched him he was pretty much in pain (HAH!).

Ohhh, Bridget is kinda cool with keeping her face totally cool while showing Komui the horrendous sum...and Timo is a sly little kid xD Even stealing Emilia, eh? I feel sorry for that police inspector xDDD

Yay! Link lovers unite! I don't really go on Gaia. I used to, but now I'm just... meh. I like Tyki himself, but I still stare at Allen when he irrationally tried to save the guy who had tried to kill him. Silly martyr boy.

Oh Tim you sneaky little devil <3 I love Tsukikami in the background there "Oh master you're horrible <3" heheheh. I hope they don't fade into the background. It seems too important, since he's a sentient innocence after all.

The end of the chapter with Mana and Allen made me want to hug Allen. The arc ended on a nice, sweet note.

And I personally want more Noah, but I'm biased as hell and want to see Rhode some more. Though, as others have said, Kanda arc would be good.

Really? That's a surprise. I love him and everyone I've talked to about him thinks he's the best thing since sliced bread. I thought he was the fandom's new sweetheart. XD

Arguably, Tyki wasn't a fully awakened Noah either at the time he was stabbed (wasn't it the stabbing which caused him to become a full Noah?). It didn't seem as if he got a great big scar from it, but maybe he did get one after all, since Allen did. In any case, it'd be a great excuse for Tyki to have a shirtless scene. *cough*

Timothy is made of win for having roller-skates in his uniform. Why not!

I hope the Kanda arc is next. Because in all this time, we still have no idea what his background is, and he's supposed to be a main character. The way it is, it's silly.

Don't worry! i like Link too! because he was like a big brother to Allen who always listens to him whenever he wants to talk. i don't care if he's a crow (i'm not sure if i'm right) or from central because from what i saw and read from the manga, he cares about Allen!

Ahahaha, I didn't start liking Link until this chapter. He's changed a lot since the beginning; I didn't find him very likable at all until he started kicking ass in the orphanage. And the fact he wears reading glasses? So. Adorable.

I think Timothy's rollerblades are just there to make him cuter, design wise, and just because he wanted them story wise. It makes me wonder though, that kid in the beginning of the manga whose friend turned into an akuma, Jean I think? He wore rollerblades and Allen was all, "What kind of shoes are those? o_O" And now Timothy has them all of a sudden. I dunno, it just reminded me of that. lol

I wonder if Tsukikami is always going to be there by Timothy's side. I suppose he could go away or "go to sleep" or something like that, but I thought the fact he was still there when Timothy was talking to Komui was interesting.

And I was actually really happy to see Allen had that huge-as-fuck scar. >< Only because I've been wondering for AGES if Tyki had scars from where he'd been cut. Allen's scar seems to confirm that he does. I'm not surprised by it's size, and I'm not surprised it's there, and I don't really understand why other people are. : \

I thought this chapter was a perfect ending. We needed something lighthearted after all that. I was dreading this chapter, to be honest, so I was quite relieved and pleased with it. I'm sure Allen's near-Noah-experience will be addressed in the next chapter, unless everyone that witnessed it actually feel the need to protect him by not mentioning it, which would make Link quite lax, wouldn't it? (But would make me like him even more!) I also feel like Kanda's reaction to Allen's transformation would make a good segue into his own arc; I imagine he'd be introspective on what happened, maybe it could stir up memories, maybe we could, at the very least, get a peek into his past because of it. But who knows where Hoshino will take it now. We can only wait and see!

I didn't like Link at first, but I started to like him after the battle where Level 4 attacked the old headquarters. Link finds Allen and carries him to the ward. So sweet.

I agree that we should see some follow up from Allen's Noah experience. Probably not for the entire chapter but some pages will be dedicated to it. I don't like it but Link is definitely going to report the incident to Lvellie.

Lavi, Lenalee, Miranda and Krory meeting Timothy seems like a fun thing to see. It may be better if some of them are just thrown into a mission with him and get to know Timothy that way.

It's not just us who're starting to like Link more and more. If you look at the pages where Link first appeared at the Generals' meeting, you can see that Hoshino sensei's given him a total face lift herself. :D

Really? I like Link, ever since after that fight in their HQ. That's when I warmed up to him and thought, 'He's not bad at all'. This arc has endeared him to me even more than before.

I didn't notice the skates! I was too busy giggling over how he and the Sister both were crying so hard they got all snotty. Maybe they gave it to him so he can move faster? He's still a kid so short legs means longer distance for him? IDK.

The scar surprised me but he has to have some sort of scarring from the injuries, right? I mean, it isn't like he can regenerate (though that would have been cool).

Link is easily one of my favourite DGM characters! (T-the glasses just make it better.)

Personally, I'm still confused about Madarao and his sister(?). In the other chapter when the word bubble said "What is a Crow doing here?" was that Link talking to Madarao? Madarao talking to Link? A random skull or somebody talking about Link and/or Madarao? I think it's interesting to note that apparently Madarao and the woman are wearing crimson robes, so maybe they aren't Crow. Or at least not the same rank of Crow Link is?
I also think it's interesting that they walked right through a barrier only Akuma were supposed to be able to enter right a few chapters after a plot point is introduced that makes Allen not always be able to see Akuma souls. Not that I think Madarao and the woman are Akuma. Probably. I can't even really see them being modified ones? But maybe? I'M JUST SAYIN'. It's interesting timing.

Kanda's arc had better come after this. I'm getting a bit miffed by now. Either Hoshino gives us his backstory or else stop putting him in the illustrations as if he's one of the main characters and relegate him to the position of a supporting character. I mean, jeez, we all got at least a look at Lavi's past, but with Kanda it's completely NOTHING. Other than that 'special person'. WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED AGAIN.

Sorry, I think I'm channeling my frustrations with CLAMP onto Hoshino. I mean, stop putting Kamui in your promotional illustrations. X was never finished!

Honestly, I'm really digging the Kanda/Allen development throughout the entire story but especially now. Sort of feels like everything's tying in together.

What I'd like to see-
Realistically: Tender Mari and Miranda moment, Allen exploring not just himself but his Noah side, isolated Kanda thinking moment -- well, one where we can't tell what's on his mind but are able to tell he's brooding, Bookman and Lavi leaving for work as Bookmen, a tie with the Cross situation.

Unrealistically: Kanda/Allen in canon rather than implied, Cloud Nine mourning over Cross, Timothy getting killed off ASAP in the most ridiculous means possible - I can't stand that fucking kid.

I love Link! The reading glasses were just hawtness.

I want to see Kanda's backstory addressed, too. He's been front and center lately with Allen, so I'm hoping that means we're going to get what we've been waiting for! Also, now that Allen's had this "mini-transformation" into The 14th, I want to see him try to do what Cross frakin' told him to do: talk to the 14th! I think that will unlock some of the mystery about Madarao and these new Crow guys that seem to have freaky abilities that "ordinary" humans shouldn't have! Cross mentioned the hidden side of the war (which has apparently sent Lavi and Bookman running for cover---*sniff* I miss the Rabbit!). I think that Kanda's tatoo and this hidden side (Magic, anyone?) are related. At least I hope they are!

Oh, and I want The Love Master and King of Badassery Cross to show up and be even sexier and more badass than ever before because now he's unhindered by the Innocence and The 14th! C'mon Hoshino-sensei! You know you wanna!

Tim looks eerily like Rhode on page 6. I kept doing doubletakes, and it was odd.

As for the rollerblades... Well. I don't even know. Maybe to compensate for his midgetous legs?

The scar is kind of epic. I bet the next time Rhode bumps into him, she'll gutpunch him like she did to Tyki. (Of course, Allen might hit her back... Unless he keeps being a gentleman Exorcist.)

Hm....I wonder am I the only one seeing a mini-Cross in the making with our new exorcist add-in Timothy? I mean c'mon he's making other people pay off his obscene debts and he just stole a man's daughter here! XD I for one think his uniform is cute. The skates are probably just his own little add-on. But, slowly but surely he's starting to loosen up and act more human. I'm proud of the man! And what I like about him is how he's willing enough to help fight akuma however he can.Brave but stupid. The next chapters are gonna be great I can feel it! I'm hoping for either the Kanda arc, more Noah acrs, OR even some new Noah comin in. >.> I mean seriously. We've only seen six out of the thirteen there are supposed to be! The curiosity is eating at me!

I've also been wondering about, and wanting to see more of, other Noahs. But I hope even more for the next chapter that there will be some dealing, whether directly or indirectly, with what happened to Allen. But regarding the Noahs, revealing them slowly ensures for Hoshino-sensei that the series will be going on for as long as possible with a slow but steady development.
