Fanbook Character Timelines

Fanbook translations are easy to find, but scanlations are much rarer. So (after mushing my fanbook into my scanner for hours on end) I did the character timelines at the end of the first chapter/section. :3



I was amused to find that Lenalee actually has something besides OMGMARYSUEANGST! in her past.

Scanned by me. Translation by aorin @ D.Gray-divinity. Used without permission, because I'm a jerk like that.

EDIT: Fixed Lenalee's age. Let this be a lesson to everyone that copy-pasta-thon's are a dumb idea. xD;;

Yeah the last two ages on Lenelee's profile should be 14 and 16 as she is 2 years younger than Kanda and Lavi.

forgive me for pointing this out, but isn't the aging for Lenalee wrong?!! the second last one (met Lavi) should be 14 and the last one should be 16

OMG Thank you for posting this!!! These are awesome!!!
I think it's so funny that Allen, Lenalee and Lavi all sort of got roped into this stuff at around the same age. And Kanda is only a little older... those poor kids!!
When they say Lavi became Bookman's successor, and renounced his true name.. I could really wonder endlessly about what that means... What is his real name, and how do you get chosen to be a Bookman any way?

I doubt Bookman would take a child away from his family so Lavi was probably just an orphan that Bookman met along his travels, or like his family were killed during a war and Bookman happened to be there recording history. Either way, my guess is that Bookman saw some potential in Lavi so he decided to take him on as a successor since he's getting old XD and 'cause Lavi had no where else to go.

Th-that's so sweet. ;_; It never occurred to me Lavi could be an orphan 'cause Bookman's always talking about "the clan." But that makes a lot of sense.

I thought somewhere I read that Bookman chose Lavi because of his eye (the one with the eyepatch).

I can't remember for the life of me where that came from, though... Or if it's even canon. ( >.> )
Uhm. I just hope it will be explained later on.

It's in one of the volumes, I think 4, and I think it's on Lavi's profile page bit. There's something about his eye that was the reason he was chosen to be the next Bookman. So it is canon. ;D

Ah, okay. Remember Hoshino talking about explaining his eyepatch eventually in that profile page, but I didn't remember if she said anything about Bookman choosing him because of it.

I can see why so many people mistook Kanda for a girl at the beginning of the manga, because he was pretty girly. How he's drawn now though, he's buffed up a bit and he's not so girly anymore. lol.

Eee Lenalee's backstory is so cute. XD; (not saying the bad stuff that happened to her is cute.. but..)
She repetitively has to stop Kanda from killing any incoming newcomer. XDD

Wait a minute. On Allen's description, it said he couldn't move his left arm before his innocence activated. But he clearly moved it in his flashback with Mana and the dog (to wipe his face). :O
