Fan-doll-art...thing?
While I was trying to decide what to do for making her (and my!) first doll wig, I was like, "HMMMM. What would be cute, yet also creepy?"
The answer was obvious. o_o Cutting Road's hairstyle was like cutting a topiary, though. Now I really need to get a photo of her with 瑪瑙 麗紅 in her Lenalee doll dress, for the lulz.
I'll make cuter clothes when I get around to it. She's a 23" Obitsu, so she's hard to find stuff for in the right size.
That wig cost me something like $1.50 to make, and only took a couple of hours, so screw buying them anymore, seriously.
I did the faceup with Prismacolor soft lead Art Stix and a very small watercolor brush. The wig is made from hot glue and Urban Beauty Super Silky Jumbo 100% Synthetic Fiber in color 2.
So she has my phone charm now. o_o And I'm pretty sure she's going to kill me in my sleep. I have to hide the scissors.

;___; /grabby hands/ That's totally AWESOME haha! Make sure you seal her face, cause when I tried using soft things like pastels and such on a dollie, it's really easy for them to wipe off/wear out ;_;!
This coming summer I plan on sculpting a BJD-esque Road :D as in, the resin ones like Luts and Dollfie hoho~ *3*!!
BTW 23" Obitsus fit Barbie/Bratz etc clothes I believe :D!

Ahh maybe you got semi-gloss/gloss/satin by mistake? ;_; I believe one of the best sealers around is Mr. Super Clear Flat (http://volksusa.com/matlot0021.html), which just leaves a clear matte finish! I'd advise getting it soon if you plan on buying, cause MSC is often SUPER hard to find without ordering overseas, and this lovely place is right over at Los Angeles! 8D /I hope to go there somedaaay haha ;;
..Oh wait I just checked, Junkyspot has that in stock too, for a dollar more :D!

Did you mean she's a 23cm Obitsu? because 23" would be around the Super Dollfie size. Anyway, if you're looking for Loligoth-style clothes for her, I recommend Mimiwoo on ebay. She's got clothes for all the most popular doll sizes.

I've been planning an Obitsu Allen and Lenalee duo for a while now, with a friend... glad to know I'm not the only doll geek in the fandom. XD (And hey, if you want a free outfit for Rhode... I need sewing practice at that scale anyway, feel free to ask me! I'll give it my all!)
