As chapter 200 is on the brink of release and the ever vigilant

exorcists_order having shared this month's potential spoilers here (obviously, spoilers within), it's again time to draw attention to a couple of important community rules.

• Please remember that any and all spoilers must be clearly marked and placed under a lj-cut. Failure to do so will result in your post being removed without hesitation, no exceptions here.

• All official material--raw or translated/scanlated--must be posted under a friends lock. This rule is more important than ever now in light of the recent crackdown on scanlated material across the net. Failure to friends lock official material may result in a mod contacting you to edit your post, or the post being deleted.

With DGM being a monthly release now, compared to weekly, it is unsurprising that there is a lull in attention being focused on the series, so I do think we tend to lose ourselves a bit in the excitement of new material coming out. This is great and fully encouraged, but in the excitement please don't forget these rules when posting to the comm. I know not everyone reads the pre-release spoilers and would like to know which pockets of discussion contain spoilers so as to avoid them.

I'm sorry if these monthly reminder posts seem redundant, but it's just how it goes.

Art discussion?

There was this post a little while back, where the art was touched on a bit, but I don't think there's been a proper discussion about the changes we've seen in the last two or three chapters.

It's personally been bugging the hell out of me, so. SO, I went back to pinpoint just where the style began to change. Out of curiosity. But then I thought it would be fun to go back to the beginning and kind of catalogue all of the changes.

And... I got carried away. Now I have a B&W picspam of random Allen images from chapter 1 to 197, plus two mini picspams of Tyki and Kanda (because they've been showing up most recently).

~~I would have done one for Lavi, Lenalee, and everyone else, but they've been scarce as of late and this post is about the recent changes.~~

ETA: Forgot to add that I don't mean any rudeness by any of this. I know a lot of us don't like the new style, and that's just our opinion, but there are others who rather like it, or know that it will change as the previous styles have ("so really, what's the big deal?"). This post was meant more for speculation, rather than dissing the new style Hoshino's got going :)

The community profile has been updated to reflect the current status of the series as well as to amend and reword the rules of the community as a whole, so please do check this out.

As chapter 197 is on the brink of release, I felt it was time to address a few issues here ahead of time.

As many of you may already know, OneManga is swiftly approaching the removal of its online reading component due to pressure from publishers disapproving of scanlated manga. As far as this community is concerned, the online distribution of raw and scanlated material IS still permitted, but as the rules of the comm state all official material--raw or translated/scanlated--must be posted under friends lock. This rule is more important than ever now in light of the recent crackdown on scanlated material across the net. [Request] - OTL I'm demanding a lot

Good afternoon, everyone! I hope you are all doing fine and relaxing just fine <3

Well, the reason of this entry is to ask for a bit of help because, you see, I'm trying to make some stamps for the rating community

rateme_exorcist (if you haven't tried it, you should, it has become very active and nice <3) but I'm having huge problems finding pictures to make some stamps, especially of Anita, Sokaro, Klaud Nine, Jerry, Chaoji, Yeegar, Suman Dark, the lady that accompanies Anita (names, they are my biggest issue. If somebody could tell me the name of the child Allen meets at the one and uses rollerskates, I would be most thankful too) and ( I'M A SPOILER )

I'm trying to do everything with colored pictures so it looks uniform (it was one of the request, so all the stamps look alike and in the same style) but if they are black and white, then I don't mind. Anita, Sokaro, Klaud, Yeegar, Suman and the spoiler people sans the last one mentioned, seem to be, so far, the most difficult ones to find (mostly Anita, I cannot find that picture in which she is with Lenalee, Miranda and the lady I forgot her name OTL).

Uh, hi! I just read DGM chapter 196 (up at mangastream) and wrote down my thoughts and such. I thought I'd share them with you guys. Which is probably a bad idea, you know, because lots of spoilers and stuff (luckily they're all behind the cut). :D So it's highly recommended that you don't read this until you finished reading the chapter itself.

Don't expect anything really serious here, sorry; I tend to save serious stuff for the discussion. I hope this is okay with everyone (and the . . . entire post in general).

Warning: Bad attempts at humor (some inappropriate), lots of capslock, tons and tons of spoilers, random comments, and mocking of characters.

Guys, I've been wondering. About new chapter's cover. Yes, the one with ~~gay~~ Allen standing over what could be interpreted as Alma Karma suffering from some severe mayonnaise intoxication. Or something. It feels like it's too specific, too precise not to have a deeper meaning.
