Summer is nigh, and with all that spare time, I want to actually get something new cranked out after a long year of school. The only problem is, I can't decide what kind of fic I want to write! Basically, I've decided that I want to try something that's a bit challenging, but still fun. AU is preferable, since I feel like playing around with it, but I'm pretty open to suggestions. Small question

Hi everyone, just a little question for my fanfic!

Does anyone approximately know when D.Gray-Man's timeline is situated? I know it is during the 19th century, rather at the end but... I would need a little bit more precise year (and I think it can be seen on Mana's grave, for his birth but I am not sure and do not remember when it appears...
